Hi I'm Graham...
What is your role at Creaseys?
Work with owner managers, lead our corporate team
What's your proudest achievement at Creaseys (so far)?
Since I joined in 1993 there have been a few. Personal highlights must be winning a prize for my final exams and becoming a partner. Looking back I am most proud of my contribution in helping transform Creaseys in to the Firm it is today. Whilst our core values have not changed during my career here the best way it has been described is that we are now so much more businesslike. Some things our clients may not have noticed, like when we introduced a document management system years before many other professional firms; a massive change for us at the time but this made us so much more efficient as a business. The process of continually challenging what we do is necessary yet rewarding and I have also been able to draw on the knowledge and experience gained when advising clients. Often it is only when you stop to look back you realise how far you have come and it is this process of continuous change that makes being an accountant exciting!
What three words would you use to describe Creaseys?

- Lastly, as usual, I can’t choose between cheesecake or banoffee pie!
