We’re delighted to announce a new partnership with Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Resource as our preferred charity to support throughout 2018.
Our Client Manager Gemma Bevan is chair of the corporate social responsibility committee and she said:
“We’re about to start planning a series of fund-raising events and other ways to give our time, with the aim of gathering in more money than ever before. This is the eighth year in a row that we’ve selected a main cause.”
The Mental Health Resource, a registered charity, works towards reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness by providing practical help within the local community. ‘The Hub’ is a vibrant well-being centre in Tunbridge Wells, there are shared-experience group sessions, further peer support gatherings for teenagers, and an out-of-hours café, where individual counselling is available.
Fundraising manager Romy Rook welcomed Creaseys’ involvement. She said:
“We’re so pleased to have been chosen by the Creaseys team for support this year. It gives us over 70 new income raisers and ambassadors.”
