Human Resources
Creaseys Human Resources function is headed up by Vivienne Drysdale, our Human Resources Manager. Vivienne is a CIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has experience of dealing with a broad range of Human Resources issues.
The HR department's role is to provide HR support internally but also to provide a service to clients by offering assistance in dealing with a wide variety of Human Resources issues.
Our services include:
- Advice on employment law issues and policies (including writing policies)
- Advice on employee benefits (including flexible benefits)
- Appraisals
- Contractual updates and/or changes
- Dealing with tribunal cases
- Disciplinary, appeal and grievance issues and procedures
- End of probation procedure and documentation
- General people management and performance issues
- Managing the salary review process
- Organising and running a variety of HR related workshops
- Organisational design
- Re-structure and consultation procedure and documentation
- Redundancy costs and procedures
- Reward and recognition schemes
- Succession and manpower planning
- The TUPE process (including the actual transfer of staff)
- Training and development needs
- Updating and/or writing company handbooks
- Writing contracts of employment (including standard contracts, fixed term contracts and consultancy agreements)
