The latest technology and techniques are applied to high quality products, produced with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Understanding The Big Picture
Creaseys has worked with Gard Plasticases since its formation. Partner Graham Turpin leads the team, dealing with the more significant events in the life of the company, including the purchase of a new factory and takeover of Target Plastics. Support covers business and tax advisory matters as well as more routine accounting and compliance issues.
“Working with owner managed businesses such as Gard is what Creaseys is all about,” said Graham Turpin. “Our role in the recent acquisition included tax planning, cash-flow forecasting and advice on VAT implications. The team was on hand to support the directors throughout the transaction.”
Gard Plasticases’ managing director Peter Fox said: “Over the years, Creaseys has proved to be a great resource. We have always been able to speak to Graham or his colleagues about anything that crops up. They have been brilliant at sorting things out.”
On the acquisition of Target Plastics, Peter said that he involved Creaseys from the start. “We took advice as soon as the purchase was seen as a possibility. From there, it proceeded in a smooth, tax-efficient manner,” Peter added.
